UL Certified General Epoxy Electric Insulation Powder Coating Suitable for Electrostatic Fluidized Bed Coating
It is applied to electric insulation area, including electric component appliance, aluminum busbar, copper busbar, electric motor stator, rotor, switch plate etc. This general purpose epoxy based fast curing resin has very low viscosity and is easy to impregnate on any surface. The resin is heated and melted, flows to a certain controllable degree, solidifies, and is bonded to the surface in the form of continuous, uniform and thick coating.

Appliance craft
Appliance method,electrostatic spraying or fluidized bed dipping.
Film thickness,depend on client’s actual appliance situation, recommend film thickness under control between 300~500um.
Substrate pre-heat temperature, 200℃/10~25min ( adjust according to the thickness, size and film thickness requirement of work piece. )
Curing condition, 200℃/10min ( actual temperature of work piece surface. )
The most suitable preheating temperature needs to consider the geometric dimension of the workpiece, heat storage capacity and the geometric structure of the coating surface; The optimum coating temperature will depend on the process and experience applied.
Notice
Do not recommend using this product outdoors.
Appliance thickness might be affected by color, gloss, appearance and physicochemical properties.
There will be difference between lab samples and production samples, it can be adjusted according to client’s appliance parameter.
Transportation and storage
Pack in box with net weight 20 or 25kg.
Non-dangerous article, no special transportation requirement.
Shelf life, 12 month below 30℃ in a dry and well ventilated place.
Avoid from direct sunlight, moisture, heat and chemicals.
