Economic TGIC Polyester Resin with Outstanding Leveling Performance
◎Introduction
NH0307 is a saturated polyester resin designed for both TGIC and HAA powder coating systems.
With the improvement of human living standards, people's awareness of green environmental protection is getting stronger and stronger, and powder coatings have achieved rapid development due to their high efficiency, environmental protection and economic advantages.
Powder coatings are required to be stored in a ventilated, dry and clean environment below 30°C, not close to fire sources and heating, avoid direct sunlight, and prevent rain or sunlight exposure during product transportation.
In the rainy season or hot summer, due to the humid environment and excessively high temperature, powder coatings are prone to agglomeration during manufacturing, storage, transportation, and use, resulting in gun guns and empty guns during powder spraying, which seriously It affects the powder coating rate and the surface smoothness of the coating film.
NH0307 has a high tg, so the powder coatings prepared with it have excellent storage stability, avoiding the above problems.
